We had our reheasal saturday evening at Chez Brasil in Montreal.
Playin´ Moacir Santos´s Coisa N- 10 , I was really deep into a real dream...
there was no hurry while playin´...that´s the basic to reach the real brazilian groove.
Marcos Ferreira on flute, Geneviéve on alto sax, Talal on trombone, me cavaco, Diogo Ramos on nylon gtr, Ismael pandeiro, Cris Mtanos and Santos percussion.

Recording session with Rimbombante Project

Last week I recorded at Bullhorn studio in Chinatown ( Ottawa)... there was a lots of old gears ... nice time ...with Dean Pallen´s project - Rimbombante. Original songs.
I had my Ibanez AM 70 - Natasha - pluged in a Grestch amp....all recorded in a 16 channel Old Tape recorder...really cool sound.

Last year when i had just arrived in Canada , I had my first gig in Montreal, it was a Brazilian collective called Parangolé...It was very important for me and we had great friends on stage...Marcos Ferreira, Vovô, Rommel, Talal, André Faleiros...now we´ll have another one this next sunday at Bobards again...Biribas...gudeiras..favelas..enfim..gafieira mood for dancers...
and now new faces...as Diogo great musician and studio technician...welcome Bro.

Mojito Mondays -Wakefield- E.M.P Trio

This summer I had a chance to play sometimes at Chez Eric in Wakefield,Gatineau
this gigs leads us to E.M.P. Trio...we´ve been jammin´ in some jazz/blues/rock/funk way.
